1.    Can you provide all types of data?
Yes, since we are a data broker, we can give you access to any source of leads including pre-screened data, trigger leads, pre-foreclosure and pre NOD leads, ailment leads, responder data and any specia;ty data, lists or leads your company may require. 6. How long does it take to receive the data I purchased?
Most data and lead orders will be delivered with-in 24 hours right to your email inbox in excel or csv format. We ask that you allow a 24 hour window as a rule of thumb, but some orders can be fulfilled with in an hour or two.

7. Why do I need a SAN number when I purchase leads with phones on output?
This is a Federal law and to have leads with phone numbers on output, you must provide us with a SAN number... not to mention that if you are calling consumers offering a product or service, having a SAN number is mandatory.   If you need help or assistance in obtaining a SAN number, we can assit you after you place your order with us or you can read a "how to" by going to our DNC Info page.

8. Are the leads I buy scrubbed against the Do Not Call List?
Yes, the leads are scrubbed for the DNC lists and the scrub is valid for 30 days. You are responsible for scrubbing your own lists. When telemarketing, even when using a scrubbed list, if a consumer asks to be put on your DNC list, you should politely agree and take that phone number out of your telemarketing database forever.

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 authorizes a $11,000 penalty per violation for spamming each individual recipient.
