2.    Do you have a return policy for your Exclusive Telemarketed Health Insurance leads?
Yes, We have a very flexible return policy. The lead you receive must meet the following criteria:

 

Valid phone number

Verified company or business

Prospect is 64 years old or younger

Interested in free health insurance quote

Prospect is the owner, spouse of owner or principle of business

6. What is the difference if I have you do a Leads Campaign for me or just Buy Leads from you?
When you buy  our Exclusive telemarketed individual health insurance leads from us you pay us per lead. We will continue to call for you until your lead order is filled.

When hiring us to do a Lead Campaign for you, any leads we generate in the Lead Campaign are exclusively yours and we will not stop until the hours you contracted us for are used up. In addition, with a Leads Campaign, we can customize any marketing message or generate any type of lead for you according to your specific criteria.

7. How long does it take to receive the data I purchased?
Most data and lead orders will be delivered with-in 24 hours right to your email inbox in excel or csv format. We ask that you allow a 24 hour window as a rule of thumb, but some orders can be fulfilled with in an hour or two.

8. Why do I need a SAN number when I purchase leads with phones on output?
This is a Federal law and to have leads with phone numbers on output, you must provide us with a SAN number... not to mention that if you are calling consumers offering a product or service, having a SAN number is mandatory.   If you need help or assistance in obtaining a SAN number, we can assit you after you place your order with us or you can read a "how to" by going to our DNC Info page.

9. Are the leads I buy scrubbed against the Do Not Call List?
Yes, the leads are scrubbed for the DNC lists and the scrub is valid for 30 days. You are responsible for scrubbing your own lists. When telemarketing, even when using a scrubbed list, if a consumer asks to be put on your DNC list, you should politely agree and take that phone number out of your telemarketing database forever.
